Introductions. Whether that be done through video call or through self-orientation, make sure that you provide a space for a little “getting-to-know” phase. Schedule an e-vite or create a program that is both user-friendly and convenient.
Roles and responsibilities rundown. Once the team orientations are done, let your employees get down to brass tax and review the scope of work they have to do.
Company merchandise and property acquisition. Aside from embracing the brand, your employees need to know what company materials they are entitled to. This could be email addresses, laptops, and access cards.
