Job Description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls

  • Ensure walk-in guests receive warm hospitality

  • Update internal and external meetings in office

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Arrange welcome pack (access cards, stationery, etc) for newcomers

Job Requirements

  • Minimum <academic qualification> or its equivalent

  • Pleasant, well-groomed, and well spoken

  • Customer-oriented personality

  • Fluent in spoken <language 1>, <language 2>, and <language 3>

  • Monitor visitor log book and issue visitor badges
