Job Description
Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations
Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
Handle HR related investigations
Compile and update employee records
Assist in payroll preparations
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
Experience in payroll is an added advantage
Well organised with high sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office AND Google Workspace
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
Understanding or employment laws and regulations
