What the judges are looking for:
Company should be operating in Malaysia for over 2 years.
Judged based on submission, no presentation required.
WHAT (30%)
Creativity and innovation of the solution(s) addressing the challenges
HOW (30%)
Implementation of the initiative(s) i.e. timeline, process flow, R&R, roadblocks & solutions etc.
RESULTS (30%)
The magnitude / impact of the initiative(s) to the intended audience i.e. employees / future employees
PURPOSE (10%)
How the initiative(s) is related to the purpose / objective of the company
